Just wishing you good luck.  I hope to have my arms done once I reach maintenance.  Glad to read that it isn't a tough one...already had breast reduction and survived that.

My arms are bothering me the most right now, thighs are second.  I thought it would be my tummy, but the weight there is hanging around longer.

Good luck with surgery!! Can't wait to see your after pics..This is the first surgery I will be haiving when done losing.

Lucky you! That is the first thing I want done when I finish losing weight. My arms bother me much more than my deflated tummy does. My plastic surgeon in Houston actually pioneered the arm surgery years ago. He did my breast reduction and I'll return to him for any future plastics.

I have a great surgeon...I'm really getting excited to move ahead... He wants to do "smart lipo" before a tummy tuck so that may be the next thing-going to ask him today where to plan for next. I've been working on setting up a case for my insurance to cover the tummy tuck so that may take a bit of time.

I love your Sheltie...we have 3. They are fantastic dogs.
