She lost 160 lbs.  These are (in my opinion) beautiful pictures that capture a lot of emotion.   Thought you all might appreciate them.

ETA:  I should say there is some nudity in these photos.

Nutshell:

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant  (yeaaaa!)

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs.   (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.

The pictures are great!  Beautiful every single one of them.  She showed her real emotion about the process! Fabulous!

Nice photos but sad. I'd probably cry if I were taking those photos to.

Yes, there is definitely sadness in many of the photos.  If you read to story that goes with it (you have to click on the link in the upper right ) she says these photos were a form of therapy for her.

If you dare, check out the comments.  Lots of the usual douchey types who say they have no sympathy for fat people (afterall, they are just gluttons who lack self control and therefore deserve nothing but disdain), but a pretty good percentage of the comments are very supportive... a higher percentage than I have come to expect from the general public in "anonymous" mode.
