Question for Pre-Op Class??

 What questions did you ask at your Pre-Op Class??

Thy're pretty specific about everything, but questions may come up after you hear what they have to say, or if you need clarification on anything. You want to know how long you'll be in hospital, what to expect the day or two after, what your diet will be like, what meds you will be taking and what meds you need to stop or avoid before, etc. You might also want to know about elimination after and what to expect, and going back to work and exercise and when you'll be able to do what. Write down anything you think of in the next few days! And you can always call and ask other questions if they come up after your meeting! Good luck!

Ha ha -I'm in the medical field, so just a nicer way of saying peeing and pooping! Apparantly some sleevers are very constipated at first, but others are very loose  - I have had more diarrhea, but that's more typical for me anyway. My surgeon said "liquids in, liquids out".  So I've started using Benefiber powder in a strawberry-kiwi flavor to see if that helps slow things down!
