So my friend invited me to go to the one near Houston last week, but due to my work schedule I couldn't make it. 

I've read up on this 'race' and was intrigued by it. Not going to lie, I have never done anything like this! They are currently hosting this event all over the U.S.

Another friend, who is also considering WLS, has managed to lose over 30lbs since she's met me and heard my story... She wants me to go with her next time....

HELL yeah I'm intimidated..but she reminded me that if she's going to do it then I sure the hell can too. She went to the one in Houston last week to watch...and regretted that she didn't sign up for it. Luckily there is another one near my hometown in October...

NOW SHE'S CALLING MY ASS OUT!....I'm a bit hesitant about this...haha

FCUK IT! I'm gonna do it! =D ehh, 7 months to get ready..I'm excited!! WOOHOO

I want to sign up for the one in November in Cedar Creek, TX :)   I'll be 13 months out by then.  I think I could do it!!!  Thanks for the inspiration!

YOU CAN DEFINITELY DO THIS! I'm going to make an effort to go to this. ^_^ I got butterflies just thinking of what I can do..that I could NEVER do before. WEEEEEE!!!

When I first went to the informational seminar for my vsg, I asked my surgeon if i could do this after surgery without hurting my new stomach...he just smiled and said of course (at that time I was still debating about the band).

Now that I'm sleeved, I can't wait to do it! The next one here is at the beginning of May so I can't realistically do it this year...but next year I am going in costume, jumping over fire, climbing walls, and diving into the mud! I can't wait!!! Have fun!!!

It'll definitely be something for you to look forward too! remember to take a bunch of pictures! We're planning on dressing up too..not sure what but it'll be epic! hehe thank you!
