Do you just add it to regular water? Is it sweetened with sucralose (Splenda) or something? I'm having a terrible time finding something that I like to drink. Before my surgery, I would drink ONLY Coke. NEVER anything else. I hate water and all of the fake sweetener drinks.
How does the taste compare to the likes of diet Snapple or diet Crystal Light?

Yes, you just add it to regular water and it doesn't need sweetner at all. I have never had diet snapple and I don't like Crystal lite. I do drink Sobe and Vitamin Water Zero and equate it to a similar taste to that.
I started drinking those drinks when I gave up Diet Coke, so I understand your delimma. It took some getting used to.

I used to be a huuuuuuge Crystal Light and SF Kool Aid fan, but can't stand the sweetness now post-op. I use the Propel Zero packets - of course, I over-hydrate my packets and add about 32oz of water to a packet, so no yucky sugars are left on the bottom, and it's just enough flavor.
At our last support group meeting, the coordinator brought something called 'Karma' water. It was the most complicated thing ever. You open the bottle, peel off the foil from the cap, close the bottle, push down on the cap to release the flavor crystals into the water, then shake. It's supposed to be a protein water, and if you like 'sweet', you may want to look into that. I wound up dumping 3/4 of the bottle into an extra container, then watering those down just to fini**** It was still very very sweet for my liking. Not sure the cost, or where to buy them.
