40F, oversewn and tight is what I was told. I think it's how you use your sleeve more than what the bougie size is......I'm losing pretty well, IMO. I have no complaints at all!

It is NOT the size that counts...it is what ya do with it! Lol!   BTW.......what's a bougie?  Ha ha ha ha!  Seriously...same as  the "Frisco" kid!   "tight" 32f   (kinda sounds pervy when ya say it out loud)

almost 4 years out; size 40 not oversewn. Only 2 lbs about maintain range.

It's not just the bougie size but also how far they start the sleeve from the pylorus that counts.  Also the length of your stomach makes a difference.  Keep in mind, however, that restrictin is only part of the equation. There is a hormonal component and reduced hunger.

I had a 36F.

hmmm this is interesting.  Never talked to my doc about "bougie size" and it never came up...what difference does it make "what size you are"?  Never heard of it before...
