 I got a pack to try but I wasnt a big fan :( Thought they would be good because they are already mixed and easy but... Glad you like them 

i didnt taste it my surgery is next month so i guess i wont order to much which one did you have they have some fav

Sorry I missed your chat I wasn't sitting at the computer. So they sell them at walmart I think its 6 pre made in a pack. I had the Vanilla kind and thought they were really gross. Seemed like a good idea because they are pre made and all but no... I haven't had my surgery yet but I am trying to find the sakes I like before hand so I am not scrambling to find a good one after. So far my FAV is the Jay Robb, both the chocolate and vanilla are GREAT!

I think I also heard where if you go to Atkins.com they will send you 3 of their bars for free. I got some awhile back and they are pretty tasty.

My doctor says that I need shakes with at least 20g of protein and that is why I have not tried the atkins shakes.  People here seem to like it.

Hey Lady, My favorite is Jay Robb. But Atkins was my first go to. I keep both on hand at all times. Jay is a little pricey, but taste-wise and texture they work great for me the picky one of the bunch. Atkins was actually named on the list my dietician gave me.  But with any one you have to fix them to suit your taste. You can thin them out with water/milk, etc., to the consistency that you like them. I add the powder to my coffee.  I buy Atkins for on the go.   Atkings usually come 4 to a pack for around $5.50 to $6(Walmart), sometimes pricier elsewhere. Sometimes Walmart will run them 6 to a pack. But it's up to you in the end. And since you will be doing protein for a long time, get use to it now. Try to have fun with it....................................  Sharon
