Looks so delicious!!  What cut of pork is this?  Is there a special marinade?

And if you aren't going to open a bed, BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER for us could you at least post the recipe?  Do you make your own tzatziki?

I really enjoy your posts!!!

Costco makes a killer tzatziki if you don't want to make your own, but something tells me Frisco makes his.

As a side note, pre-op I wouldn't balk at eating an 8-oz cut of meat (steak, pork, chicken) with big side dishes.  Now I agree that a 2-3 oz portion of meat looks like a feast, and it's so nice to get comfortably full without feeling engorged and disgusting for hours.  :)

As always, fab food porn, Frisco!

Costco makes tzatziki?  How could I have not known that?????  I LOVE Costco and I LOVE tzatziki!  This makes me very happy.

My homemade Tzaziki:
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded with a spoon, then put in food processor and whirled till crushed up. Grab by the handful and squeeze ou****er over sink. Put in bowl. Add about 3 cups sour cream, 1 cup plain greek yogurt (you can change the amounts of these 2 ingredients, depending on whether you like yogurt or sour cream better.) Chop up a whole package of fresh dill. Add about 6 garlic cloves that have been put thru a garlic press. Again, can vary the amount of garlic, depending on your personal tastes. Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon.  Salt and pepper. Keeps a really long time. I eat it every day. I dip all my meats in it and my string cheeses. You could say I am addicted to it. So healthy, so full of protein, so garlicky, so fresh tasting, so addicting!!!

Well if we eat with our eyes first, then I already started diggin in to this one, lovely photo and sure does look like a feast, must be 13 pieces of pork there.  Anyway one question; when you say 2.4 oz of pork, you weighed it after cooking right?
