My life has changed so much in the last year since my VSG, all positive changes. VSG saved me, physically, emotionally, mentally. I couldnt live that life anymore. I thank the lord for the strength to make this decision everyday.

And I thank the vets who posted pics like these that carried me through the rough patches.

October 2010, 20 pounds lighter than my highest weight, approx 240 pounds, trapped.

March 2012, 15 months post VSG

FYI, my husband remembers you, because your surgery was 8 days before his, and now he thinks you're "smokin hot" lol. Now I'm 2 1/2 weeks from my surgery, and I have both of you to look at for inspiration. Thanks so much!

Ha! I did have plastics BUT there is nothing that couldnt be recreated with some spanx and a good pushup bra!!
