S:  1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; 1/4 Cup Crushed Pineapple
S:  1oz Chorizo; 1oz Havarti Cheese
L:  1 Cup Clam Chowder (made with Cauliflower instead of Potatoes); Small Salad
S:  I always want to eat RIGHT after lunch, I'm NOT going to do it today!
D:  Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast; Spinach

Water:  8 Cups and Counting
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Gym tongiht!!

 B: shake
S: low fat colby cheese stick
L: yougurt with whey protein
S: turkey pepperoni
D: vegen hamburger helper, skipped the noodles but used the sauce with the veggie burger crumble.  Wanted to make it a healtheir protein.  Won't be doing that again- bluhck!

Never thought about this before, but I should probably post that I eat a handful of kashi cereal when I take the vitamins first thing in the morning to help settle the stomach.  Maybe an eighth of an ounce worth.  

Tomorrow night is a family birthday and we are doing steaks on the grill- looking forward to it!

Do you just add protein powder to your coffee??  I tried to do this but the powder clumped up and would not disolve.  Maybe the coffee was too hot?  But I'd love to add some type of protein to my coffee.

 i add cappuchino flavored protein to my decaf coffee. if you don't add skim milk to cool it, it will clump. if you don't add milk at all try some ice. i think it has to be under 130 degrees for it not to clump if you happen to have a food thermometer laying around!

Dissolve your protein powder FIRST in cool/cold/roomtemp water or milk.  It'll have the consistency of cream.  Once you have it dissolved, you can pour it into your hot coffee and stir, stir, stir.  No clumping and your coffee can be as hot as you like!

 I googled low carb clam chowder and got several recipes, took bits and pieces of what I like and came up with something.  Basically I took out the potatoes and adding in steam cauliflower.
