you'd think they'd have something better on that list... 13g sugar? only 15g protein? the premier protein shakes at costco have way better numbers.... 30g protein and 1g sugar

Thats what was on the list for preop diet from the surgons office that or CIB and Slimfast High Protein had less carbs, fat and more protein so I picked that one... Havent bought it yet thou!
walmart-they are 5.97 for 4 shakes make sure you get the high protein low carb instead of the regular ones---high protein are 20gr protein only 1 gram carb and btw they are very good tasting
