Whatcha eating today VSGers? Tuesday...
Hungry day today. Not sure why
Breakfast:
1 1/2 slices ham
scrambled egg
cutie (later)
coffee with milk
Lunch:
4 chicken nuggets
1/4 c. coleslaw (ff mayo)
2 cucumber slices with a dot (1 teaspoon max) hummus
2 grape tomatoes
1 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese
Snack:
handful grapes
coffee
chicken out of a grilled chicken snack wrap (unplanned)
2 girl scout cookies (eek!--unplanned definitely)
Dinner:
wine tasting (8-10 oz. total)
couple bites of cheese
friends will probably go out to dinner...I'll try to persuade to get sushi and do some nigri sushi with wasabi

L - 2 ounces of chicken pureed with 1 tablespoon marinara sauce
D - 1/3 cup of ground turkey mixed with 1 tablespoon of salsa and 7 grams of melted cheddar.
S - Protein Shake (30g protein)
