I am atoning today for my loss of discretion with the pistachios yesterday. Drinking tea like it's going out of style, and limiting my calories. Amazingly, my body is cooperating and not requiring the usual amounts of food.
Breakfast was the same as usual. Two boiled eggs with two wedges of lite blue cheese Laughing Cow cheese.
No snack to day
Lunch: One and a half cups of my Middle Eastern soup with one ounce of feta cheese.
No snack today
Dinner: Still a mystery, but something with 3-4 ounces of protein and maybe a few bites of veggies.
No late night snack today.
I hope to be under 800 cals today.
That's the plan, now let's see to the execution of it....

1 Tbsp. cream cheese
coffee with milk
Lunch:
2 oz. leftover cracked pepper beef tenderloin
3 spears roasted asparagus
1 marinated mushroom
1/4 c. homemade tabbouleh with feta
2 Dove promises
more coffee
Snack:
Fage greek yogurt blueberry acai
1/4 c. granola
string cheese
1/2 c. grapes
Dinner:
2 oz. cracked pepper beef tenderloin
2 marinated mushrooms
1/4 c. tabbouleh with feta
2 oz. shrimp w/ 1 Tbsp. ****tail sauce
2 oz. camembert
6 oz. glass white wine
Already have my meals prepared for tomorrow! Another long day tomorrow but the icing on top is a wine tasting!
