D:  Tuna Salad w/ 1/4 cup shredded cheese 

Water:  41 oz so far
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise: Spin Class (1 hour)

B: Cottage Cheese To Go - picked up the one with pineapple by mistake - 
                                                                                                         love both separate but not together :)
     Teaspoon of peanut butter

L: Filet O' Fish w. 1/2 slice of cheese & tartar (no bread)
     MacIntosh apple

S: 5 oz of 2% cottage cheese
on second cup of coffee w. FF half and half

D:  not sure but protein & greens are on the list

S: huge bowl of air popped popcorn w. Olivio spray & cheddar popcorn seasoning - Yummy

water - ugh I'm drinking
