I'm eating lean ground beef mixed with broccoli all day today. Kind of boring but works for me. I bought some sugar free Smuckers caramel syrup for my son to use and found out it was crack for me. Started eating it by itself. Bad, bad bad! So no more crack in my house.

B: my usual 2 hard boiled eggs with two wedges of lite Laughing Cow blue cheese mushed together and my mocha made with Soy Slender. 45 cals in the mocha and 230 in the eggs with cheese.
S: Skipped it today
L: 4 ounces of Swai fish cooked with a spray of olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper 100 calories
one ounce of lightly grilled garlic eggplant in balsamic vinegar. 30 cals max.
S: Celery root garlic parsley fries. 60 cals. and one packet of Kays Nautals chips 110 cals.
D: My Middle Eastern Chicken soup, about 150 cals.

I love the way it tastes, and I also love that I can make a bunch of hard boiled eggs all at once and just keep them in the refrigerator. In the morning, just take two eggs out, peel the cheese slices and mush. Instant breakfast. It's what I have been eating every day for the past year or so. I still like it and crave it every morning.
