Sneeze??

Does anyone else sneeze when they are full or if you eat too fast, I try not to let it happen it last for a while, I was wondering am I too full when it happens I don't feel like I am. but if I burp and take one more bite I sneeze, I cant see what sneezing has to do with my stomach, but it is a neat warning signal I still can not eat much over a 1/2 cup, less if it dense protein. I'm not really complaining just curious.

Yes, it is a normal response. Most of us sneeze or have a runny nose when we get too full. There is a physiological explanation for it and if you search for it on OH, you will find it.

i have a big hiccup half way through, after the second hiccup i know i have reached my limit. my mom noticed this the other day and laughingly said, guess you now have a built in warning system!
