ball of sunshine NSV
You all know work is work....
Lately a lot, if not all of my regulars are just over-killing me with compliments. My favorite one though has got to be the quality of my service. "You move like a ninja now...i don't even hear you walk! You don't breath so hard anymore either..." LOL.
Since this year has started...I'm just overall in such a happy state. I'm having so many close friends and associates stop and ask me questions about my journey. How they too are trying to get healthier and need some advice and words of wisdom. This alone keeps me motivated to keep pushing through this.
Since I've been posting more of my daily routine on my fb page...I had many ask me for recipes, ideas, plans, and etc. Its pretty badass. Its even better when I see them posting up healthier food choices rather than a the usual 'bad' stuff. Beach seaon is approaching soon ^_^...gotta hop on that ****
I made this last night...low carb mini tortilla pizza with low carb marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Parmasean with red chili flakes on top. I ate half and was done (sister devoured the rest and demanded more). Woke up this morning and had a friend tried out the same recipe and she is HOOKED. haha...
BIG BALL OF SUNSHINE! not to mention...i finally got my new size jeans 12 tailored. My ass is found again. =)...i am walking that walk!
Full throttle baby! HAPPY MARDI GRAS!!!
i allowed the tortilla to preheat with the oven while it gets up to 375 degrees...then just layered the stuff on top for about 10-15 minutes. I have one of those rounded glass conventional ovens...so it cooks it ultra fast.
haha..its quick and easy and delish! becareful with the marinara..i only added a table spoon and a half. Didn't want it to be soggy ^_^
Nice !!!
Gives me an idea !!!
OK..... Silent Ninja Girl with Ass.... Keep Doin it !
