For those that reccomended Allen Carrs Book to me

Just got it in the mail today. I am reading it. I will quit smoking and thank you for the suggestion! Maybe the honey will read it and quit too. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

The book is called "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking" by Allen Carr. And I am a little over half way through

 How is it so far? How do you feel? I have never read a book to help me quit, but have tried everything else! I have quit for 4 months and then started back! 

Amber... so okay almost done with the book. And i am going to go back and read it again much more slowly. I need to digest what he is saying in it because I read it so fast I am not sure I got all the points I needed to just yet but... From what I read so far... i am actually going to be able to do this. It's just a matter of fixing my brain. No biggie right? lol
