Yay, Kahlana!!

Glad your stall is broken.  I'm in the middle of mine but am also noticing that clothes are getting MUCH baggier so I'm not all that concerned.  Hope I get on the scale soon to good news but I also only weigh every few days.

So glad you didn't panic about it!  It's awesome to have found this board and know some of the "normal" things to expect so we don't worry so much :)

Hope, when I went 2 days without losing i had a sneaky suspicion that it was the "3 week Stall" (cue dramatic scary music) So I just told myself not to worry and took my measurments and went back to the closet to try things on and see whats fitting and what I still need to shrink into... not much in there that I need to do a whole more shrinking for thats for sure lol. I am going to have a great time shopping all the thrift stores in town I can see.

Great job!  So happy for you. I'm still on a 4-day stall.  I just want to keep plowing through and hope I can see a difference soon.  What exactly are you eating?  I'm done with protein shakes, but I like the protein drinks (Isopure flavored ones).  I have tried every lowfat soup known to man.  I like eggs, but I'm sick of them and sick of mashed potatoes and refried beans.  Do you eat thinly sliced deli meat?

Mamachristi, here's a log of what I ate for the last 5 days. I am still doing the protein shakes in between meals because I find I don't get the "I'm bored and wanna nibble" munchies if I do.

Yesterday was a rough day as i was nauseous all day and really had no appetite to eat but I did a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for breakfast, 2 babybel cheeses for lunch, and 2 tablespoons of tuna in greek yogurt  sprinkled with roasted garlic/sea salt  Also only had water to drink and some sips of my vitamin water and no protien shakes. i tried but couldnt stomach it at all.

2/13/12- same as 2/12/12

2/12/12-
B: 1/4cup chocolate malt meal with a sprinkle of splenda (very little, maybe 1/2 a teaspoon) and 1/8 teaspoon of butter
S; 8 oz protein shake
L: 1 string cheese and 1/2 cup Progresso Chicken Pot Pie soup
s: 4 oz protein shake
D: 1/2 cup crusched pineapple in its own juice not drained and a hard boiled egg
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese

2/11/12-
B: 1 string cheese
S: 1 string cheese
Later snack: 4 oz homemade grapefruit juice
L: 1/2 cup Progresso Chicken pot pie soup
S: 2 tbsp ff refried beans mixed with greek yogurt and hummus
D: 16 oz Protien Shake (easier to do that way while traveling)
S: 2 pieces of string cheese wrpped in Buddig rotisserie chicken deli meat (its super thin)

2/10/12
B: 4oz protein shake
S: 1/4 cup cream of broccoli soup with coconut milk
L: 1 packet tuna plain
S: 1/4 cup applesauce
D: 1/4 cup cream of broccoli soup
S: 4 oz protein shake

And before that I was on liquids only so I just started incorporating pureed stuff into my diet. So far today I have had 1/2 applesauce for breakfast and am currently drinking my protien shake. Lunch will be a thin sliced hardboiled egg and possibly some tuna in greek yogurt. Finishing off my protein shake for my next snack with Dinner being 1/2 cup great nornthern beans pureed with maybe a cracker... that one i am not sure on yet gotta see how i do with just the beans first lol. and then my 2 hours before bed snack will be an 8 oz protein shake with coconut milk.

Thats pretty much what my last few days have looked like. I don't think I will be getting off the protein shakes anytime soon though because they really help if I need a protein boost and I sleep a little longer if I have one a couple hours before bed.
