I hate to say this because it may come across and snotty which is not my intention but you have to buy the best quality of ground beef to have a better flavor. Ground Round is probably what you need to try.

* Ground Sirloin - 85% Lean, 15% Fat
* Ground Round - 90% Lean, 10 % Fat
