My greatest NSV yet -
I posted the details on the Exercise board so I dont bore every one, but I wanted to post for all of my friends who have been supporting me through my crazy fitness obsessions.
I achieved a great victory yesterday when I finished 67 miles on my bike. The magnitude of what I did has barely started to set in (and may not until I get some muscle relaxers to stop the major muscles cramps)
This was precisely why I had surgery - I wanted to do these things, and being able to do this 8 months out of surgery was just amazing to me. I know I have a lot of events and challenges to look forward to and I'm so grateful for my health and ability to do these things.

There were 4 aid stations, so i stopped at each of them for 5-10 min each. I really wished I had a normal stomach (especially to eat the sandwich!) but it all works out. Don't need that much food to keep going, but sure would have been nice.

Wow !!!!!!
That is quite something !!!!
I'm thinking 6.7 miles on my bike could maybe be doable !!!
