my friend Fay, don't sell yourself short you have done an amazing job you've always been an inspiration to me, we all don't loose at the same rate but we all have this amazing tool. I'm sure my weight loss will slow at some point, and Ill need you to hold my feet to the fire. keep up the good work, remember, its not a sprint its a marathon........its not the one who ran the fastest but the ones who endured till the end that are the WINNERS
