i am gonna hit 3 weeks on wed....if i stall will the inches still go....will i still lose anything.....if i check the scale at week 4 ???? dumb question i know....but losing inches will still be ok.....and i am 18lbs down since surg. on jan 18th...i started out as a lightweight...224 so i dont know if being on the lighter side will hurt me or my weight at all....just wondering guys.....

I just ended a 10 day stall at three weeks.  I took my measurements when someone told me about
how you lose inches during stalls, and they were right.  I lost five inches from my waist & hips both!
That sure helps your frustration at not loosing the pounds.  Also, I have just lost four more pounds in
the last few days, so keep the faith!

I'm a lightweight too, started at 232 but was 213 on surgery day so I assume I will lose slower than people that had a much higher BMI. We'll see how I stick with this but I do not plan to weigh all that much. I think I will weigh in at one week post op, two weeks post op, then skip the 3rd week and weigh on my one month surgiversary. Then if I did happen to hit a little stall it won't mess with my head. I'll just keep on truckin' and whatever falls off...well, it falls off!

I went down a size during my 3 week stall.
Hang in there...

I am in day 6 of my 3 week stall. It is frustrating beyond measure, but I can truly say that for the first time on this journey I can see, with my own eyes, the changes in my body. Yes, I am losing inches...quite a few inches. Although the scale moving would be nice, I have to say that being able to actually see results is such a good feeling.

Yep anything could happen.  You could even *gasp* gain weight.  Just keep doing your plan.
