Went to Walmart to pick up a few things with the honey and ended up spending 2 hours wandering aruond the store and talking about how we want to decorate each room as we remodel them. Usually we get we came for and get out as neither of us is big on shopping, for me mostly because my hips and feet would hurt so much if I was on them for longer than half an hour. Tonight I did 2 hours with no hip or foot pain and feel like my legs could probably handle another 2 hours of just plain walking. It feels so good to not have to deal with that pain tonight!

That is a great NSV (non scale victory)!!!  I am happy for you, I completely understand where you are coming from.  I was the same way and now to be able to run......seems miraculous! :)
