Everyday gets a little better

I was sleeved on Thursday and slept a LOT, and forced myself to walk with the worst pain in my right side I have ever felt (the drain). Friday, I slept a lot and had the leak test. I was having trouble getting any liquid to stay down. Saturday was a complete turn around. The drain is still uncomfortable, but I can get liquids and my pills down just fine. The car ride home wasn't even painful. I have lost 1 lbs since surgery, but so far I would do this again in a heartbeat. I can't wait until I start seeing great results. I am having trouble bending over, but other than that I feel good. Just cross your fingers it stays this way..we have to be up bright and early tomorrow to take my 5 year old to get her tonsils and adenoids out:( My husband is being really helpful and taking good care of his girls though:)

It will get better everyday and before you know it you will forget all about the pain. I had a good experience, but I forced myself to walk, walk, walk, even in the worst pain right out of surgery and I healed rather good.

Good luck to you!
