I'm with ya on counting the pre-surgery pounds as lost pounds too. I worked my buns off to get those 14 pounds off and they count by golly. Congrats to you! You got this! Just keep rocking that sleeve!

I'm starting out at around 236. I have to do a 2 week liquid diet, so I'm curious what my surgery weight will be. It seems we're about the same-ish weight, so your success in such a short amount of time made me pretty excited. I still can't wrap my brain around losing more than 10-12 lbs...that's the most i have ever lost on my own. Congrats! And keep up the great work. The 60 lbs will be gone in no time!
