recipe for meatless lasagna and other work idea foods
help....i know i saw it on here some where....i have to go food shoppin and want to make this to have for next week, when i am back at work..... also..... what do u guys bring to work to eat with you for the day.......i am a teacher and we all sit down for morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack together.......so i would love ideas...OH I AM IN THE NO MEAT STAGE UNTIL WEEK 5

I am a teacher too. If you are on mushies I made Eggface's Ricotta Bake, plain greek yogurt with sugar free jam mixed in, cottage cheese, protein shakes. I just remember having a lot of protein shakes mainly.
Can you have pureed meats?
I would puree meatballs, chicken salad, tuna salad, etc.

Regarding the meatless lasagna...Dietician told me to make it just like normal(recipe on the back of the noodle box), but omit the meat and use eggplant in place of the noodles. I take cheese sticks, peanut butter crackers, and greek yogurt(plain) sweetened with a lil splenda and vanilla. The cheese stick makes 2 snacks for me and I may eat one PB cracker out of a package of six. The rest of the time its sip sip sip. I add unflavored protein to powerade zero and drink bunches of water. Good luck going back to work. This is my first week back. I have a desk job and I go home and fall in the bed.
