I hate when I am concentrating so hard on something that i forget what i am doing. I was sitting here reading, my water close at hand, and without thinking I took a great big loooooooooooooong drink of it ...cool and refreshing...and as I set the glass back down the worst pain in my chest hit me and I couldn't breathe for a second. OMG! I have been catching myself almost doing or in the middle of doing things that up until a week ago were normal and fine but now, can cause me some serious pain. I hope that I eventually get these little things like this sorted out soon because I am so not a pain freak.

I got these little 2 oz. cups at Walmart 50 for 3 dollars.  They remind me of cups a nurse would bring me pills in and that is what I use to drink and eat out of to help me remember small sips.  Plus it helps me sip 2 oz very 15 minutes without forgetting.

yup.  doing things without remembering is a (literal) pain!  it might never totally go away, but after feeling serious pain and barfing up food when you eat just that one more (too many) bite, it will sink in!!!  those little cups sound genius though!  welcome to the losers' bench!!!  ((((Hugs))))
