S:  Popeyes Spicy Chicken Leg

Water:  12 Cups and counting
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  7,000 steps (slowly working my way up)

L:  turkey bacon, french toast scrambled egg and small piece of homemade mr peanut butter bread
S:  low carb biscuit with SF jam
D:  Low carb version of sweet n sour chicken
S:  2 slice black forest ham, one slice of havarti cheese with mustard

Water:  9 cups perhaps 2 more before bed
Vitamins:  Yeah
Exercise:  4 mile walk *so an hour*

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

B: 1 string cheese
L: 1/4 cup1% milk fat cottage cheese and 1/8 piece lavash bread toasted so it's like a cracker
S: chocolate coconut protein shake
D: ricotta bake, 1/2 of a Morningstar Italian sausage, another 1/8 piece lavash toasted
S: if I need one, maybe soy nuts?

Water: somewhere around 50 right now, more before bed
Vits: all but calcium
Exercise: still sore from pulling a muscle in my calf, so nada today

B: 4oz decaf coffee with low-fat creamer and 2tsp splenda
S: 2TBSP cream of chicken soup mixed with coconut milk
L: 4oz Low Sodium V-8 juice; 10oz Protein shake
S: 10oz Protien Shake
D: 1tsp liquified pureeed potatoes with coconut milk
      1tsp liquified creamed carrots with coconut milk
      4oz Protein Shake
S: 8oz Protein Shake
Water: 20 oz plain to now
Vitamins: 3 Chewable Multi, 3 calcium
Protein total (if I can finish this last shake before bedtime) 72g, Carbs  40g
Exercise was walking all over Walmart, Aldi's, County Market and 2 blocks to and from the hospital (yes I needed a nap after all that)

I got this Six Star Pro Nutrition Professional Strength Whey Isolate elite Series Protein and its yummy!!! Not to mention 60 grams of Protein Isolate in 2 scoops (with 16 ounces water) and only 8 grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar from sucralose (splenda) no aspartame (my head appreciates not getting a migraine from it). The ingredients list starts with "Hyper-Pure Whey Protein Isolate (90% purity). Seems like it's good stuff and so far the Decadent Chocolate flavor reminds me of my mom's hot chocolate.

S: 4 oz cottage cheese
D: chicken soup with 2 oz chicken, 3/4 oz lo-fat cheddar cheese, 1.7 oz cole slaw with vinegrette dressing 
S: 3 pieces SF hard candy

717 cal, 78 g protein, 53 g carbs.

Water: 3 liters
Vitamins: you betcha
Exercise: my day off
