This is crazy!

Ann, you are right "surreal" is exactly the word for this feeling. At this point I am just gonna go with it lol. Like i can do anything else now right? And thank you I am so thrilled to even have gotten down past 210 finally. I couldn't have done it without the help that's for sure. And congrats on making your goal! That's awesome! Although now I am sure a learning process starts all over again as to what you can't and can do to maintain?

Enjoy it!  It's a great feeling but like the others said it does not last.  I have been at the same weight for the past 3 days (and I am almost exactly 3 weeks out lol)....but from my time on OH I knew to expect it and I am not freaked out at all.

Thanks dogg! I am hoping that I remember in 3 weeks that I said I was not going to post any "i broke my sleeve" posts lol. Right now I am just savoring the ride. And doig what I can to make sure it keeps going for as long as possible :) And congrats on your own loss! Isnt it the most fabulous feeling to knw you are finally taking control back of your own health?

Great job Kahlana! I realize that I have lost about 40ish pounds in a month.... counting pre surgery diet and I am astonished also.  

I am now kind of stalled but it will pick up.  I have faith.
