Feeling like I am playing catch up
With my water. I just started on my second 20 ounce bottle of water so far today and I feel like I am behind. But by the time I get all my meds and vitamins down and then my protein drinks in and then the little bit of yogurt or applesauce or soup in I feel like I am waaaaaay behind in my water intake. I do hope I get the schedule sorted out soon because this is somewhat frustrating. On the upside Im down another pound today.
