Viactive Calcium chews are not gonna work too well for you. Us sleevers cant absorb calcium carbonate (viactive's calcium type) well because of our reduced stomach acid. You need Calcium in the Calcium Citrate form. Calcium Citrate is actually 2.5 times more readily absorbed than Calcium Carbonate even if you had a normal stomach. You will not find chews that have the Calcium Citrate form unless you buy bariatric ones. Just don't want you to continue to waste your money and take something thats really not going to benefit you much.
Ah crud. I know that and I forgot to double check the calcium type. Well, I have some non-chewable calcium citrate around here from when I was pre-op so I will have to crush those up somehow and take them. Rats! I hate when I do that. Thanks for the reminder though!

In the Gummy Fibers there are:  10 calories, 5 grms carbs, 5 grms fiber, 5 grms soluble fiber, 1 grm sugar alcohol.  I don't have the gummy vitamin container here right now but its made by Vitafusion so you could probably google it.
