Growing weary of tracking protein

Frankly I hate journaling as well and find that myfitnesspal is time consuming (I don't have an I phone) and its easier for me to just write stuff down in a notebook I use to track my meals.
Also annoying trying to figure out how much ground beef is a serving in say spaghetti sauce.
Measuring too...booo...hiss.

I eat many of the same foods over and over again. I was tracking everything in "Lose it" on my phone but after a few weeks of achieveing consistent outcomes everyday I relaxed a bit. I have my 2 oz of protein at everymeal, a little bit of non starchy veggies if I have room, and drink one extra protien drink everyday. I make a point to not eat any extra carbs and I know I'm on track. If I hit a stall I will definately track everything again.

I use "Lose it" too. I'm a huge fan of the barcode scanner. It makes life so easy, because you don't have to spend 5 mins searching for a specific food, and end up settling for something simmilar.
