7 months progress with pics

I've made it to 100 lbs down! I feel a million times better! I'm still a work in progress, but if it takes me 5 more years to get there, I'm thrilled so far! So grateful to my surgeon and his team for giving me my life back.
Thank you to all of you, sharing your stories, struggles.. recipes, lives... we're all in this together.

This is all the sleeve so far.
It took a long time to make lifestyle changes, such as exercise because I was in really hard shape.. was hard to get moving until I lost some weight to help with mobility.
