My 1st weight loss

Down 5 pounds since yesterday. wow that was a big chunk of tummy they took out of me.

this is only the beginning of your journey.. my tummy should of been about 30 lbs if yours was only 5 lol

Seriously, weight does wonky things the first week or two - it can go up, down or sideways. I had high dose steroids during and right after surgery due to an adrenal condition and I left the hospital weighing 11 lbs more than when I went in (all fluid).

I'd rather have gone your direction, for sure!
