Constipated anyone???

we are not supposed to take stimulants by mouth. 


Dulcolax suppository works with in ............1 hour or less 
(did not cramp my sleeve)( the longer you hold it in the better it dissolves the mass inside you) 

Feet enema works with in.................. 20 minutes or less
(also no cramping) ( hard to use if you have a mass inside you ready to come out but it's just to big, better to use Dulcolax Suppository)

Milk of mag................ take 1/2 dose everyday and still need above

I ate 28 grams of fiber per day, doesn't help! Just made more build up... 

Before I found the Dulcolax Suppository, I'm sorry to report that I had get things moving myself... Not a Fun thing to do.. Pretty Horrible in fact.. but better then going to the ER and having some stranger do it for me... I would die first!

I'll be 2 weeks post op tomorrow I have been constipated since last Thursday...Called the dr today and they told me to take Colace or Miralax but increase my liquid intake! I took miralax...but so far nothing...and I am very miserable! Hurts very badly...especially when still healing!

Take Miralax every day, not just once in a while.  I put it in hot green tea every morning and use 1 tbls. of Benefiber every evening in the same tea.  Haven't had a problem since. 

I wish I had known about these things before my surgery as I have always had this problem.  Constipation can really hold up weight loss too.
