Sure wish I knew!  I am lucky to get one BM every 7 or 8 days....

omg me too.  Last night I took dulcolax and now my tummy hurts....but it worked!  I just do not want to take that every night...

When this becomes an issue for me I do some Milk of Magnesia ( I get the store brand it's cheaper) I used to take fiber everyday before surgery but I havent touched it since. Try some of this it should get things moving for you. If not there is this stuff called Dieters Tea that will for sure get things going..

Miralax and Colace can help. I use Miralax two times per week and benefiber 2x per week. So far I have been going every couple of days, however I was just sleeved on Jan, 5th.

 I am starting to get worried here, i was on pain killers for a toothache and between that and my sleeve I am begining to think I am never going to go :( going to try and find this dieters tea today, any thoughts as to where?

I used decaf SENNA tea got it from VitaminShoppe, and I actually like it, but now I don't use it because I usually have BM every 2-3 days.

I add Benefiber to my coffee and other drinks and that has been working for me.  If you follow the instructions, you can't taste it or feel a difference in the liquid.
