My Day
My DOS was 12/15. Here is a sample of my daily meal plan....
8am Breakfast- 1/2 cup of oatmeal with protein powder. I can't eat all of it, only about 1/2 of it.
10am - protein shake
12pm- two slices of turkey lunch meat with 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
2pm- G2 Gatorade
3pm- protein shake
4pm- G2 Gatorade
5pm- 2oz of meat & mushy veggies. can't eat it all.
7pm- 1/4 cup of sugar free applesauce & 1/2 slice of low fat cheese
9pm- protein shake.
I suffer with hypoglycemia & this plan seems to work for me. what is your daily meal plan?please share! :)

Hi Rcool, there is a daily thread that lists what people eat. I suggest you check it out because there are some good ideas there! You can go back through the old posts and see the history of it too. Typically it's posted every day by either me or Ms_Shell and it's called Whatcha Eating Today VSGers?
A normal day for me might look like (keep in mind I'm 7 months out):
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: greek yogurt
Lunch: 2-3 oz baked chicken
Snack: cheese stick or hard boiled egg whites
Dinner: 2-3 oz lean baked meat with some non-starchy veggies
Snack: herbal tea, nuts, peanut butter or jerky
I typically drink 10-20 oz between every meal & snack to get my fluids in.
