Babycakes cake pop maker for meatballs?
I did cry when I dropped my medium bar pan!! I LOVE my pizza stone along with all my other stoneware. I have the oval baker, rectangle deep dish, the covered baker, bundt pan, mini loaf pan, the small square baker along with the pots/pans and many utensils/gadgets. I still have somethings still in the boxes in my closet. My kids have been warned not to touch a thing that is PC because I WILL hurt them. LOL!

I think you are right and I am a HUGE fan of PC!! I have more PC cooking products in my home than anything else. I also have a good friend who is a consultant, so I can order anytime I'm ready without doing a show. Good luck too you on becoming a consultant! It basically sells itself!!

I think that would be a mess to be honest, the grease from the meatballs (and even the leanest meat has SOME fat) would have no place to go but all over your counters. I love my babycakes pop maker, but I use it for things like bacon, egg and cheese muffins and muffins for my kids to take to school in the morning.
Someone makes one of those just for meatballs, but I don't remember who. I am almost positive I saw it at Kohls when I got the one like that for cupcakes for my niece for Christmas.

I think the best way to cook meatballs is to shape the meatball mix into whatever size ball you want, and then put the meatballs on a wire rack that is set in a baking pan. This way they tend to stay nice and round, and brown all around, instead of the bottom staying pretty pale. Also the fat drains nicely.
I usually bake em at about 350 for larger size and at 400 for the minis.
You can also bake briefly at a higher heat to brown them (like maybe 450) and then toss them in some sauce to finish cooking and heat through - gives a very nice flavor to the sauce. I usually do this if I make spag and meatballs for the family. Even though I use the Dreamfields low carb pasta, I only eat a bite or two of noodles, and the main meal for me is 2 - 3 mini meatballs, with sauce and freshly grated parmiagano reggiano on top. Yummy!
