I get the Torani sf syrups at World Market most of the time.  I have ordered them online from their website.  I have found a few at Kroger and Walmart.

Fage 0% with some Walden Farms zero-everything caramel stirred in.

I also stir in the Torani or some sweetener - or I dip veggies in it after I stir in some Hidden Valley Ranch powder.

Fage 0% Greek Yogurt! LOVE IT. 23 grams protein per 1 cup serving, 130 calories.
It's super versatile. I flavor it with SF Tornai Syrups (vanilla, raspberry, peach, orange, mango,....) and eat just like a regular yogurt. I also mix it with low sodium salad dressing packets to make a "dip" and use that as a spread for my turkey roll ups. It's also very good as a sour cream substitute. I've used on no bean turkey chili, on pureed soups, scrambled eggs, anything I'd use sour cream on.

Fage 0% Greek singles with the stir-in fruit on the side.  I eat this at least 3 days a week (work days).  I don't count carbs, so the fruit may be a no-go for someone who does.  But I love it, and you can buy 12 at a time at Costco.  (I'm a Costco junkie so anything I can buy there is a bonus.)

I love the Dannon Greek with blueberries or black cherries.  Those fruits are some of the few carbs I'm willing to include in my diet right now.  And they are oh so good!

By far my favorite is the Fage 2%.   I always ate the Fage 0% and really liked that, too!   Much better to me than the other brands!
My grocery was always out of the 0%, so I finally tried the 2% and really like it better - it is creamier.
I used to eat 1 cup of the 2%, but now they have the 7 ounce packages which is better for me.

I like Carbmaster Yogurt (sold at Kroger and Fred Meyers) ... low carbs and good protein.  I also spoon in 1 scoop of non-flavored protein powder for a big "kick start" to my day.

I eat Chobani Greek Yogurt. If your not obsessed with counting carbs it does have some sugar with fruit in it, but it is all natural, high protein, and yummy. I always try to stick to natural and not the aspartame fake sweet crap.

I love Trader Joe's brand, but it is full fat and wonderful.

I have to have a minimum of 90 g of carbs to function so I am not carb phobic- so I love it drizzled with honey, maple syrup, or mixed with fig jam or pumpkin butter.  I love it as a sour cream substitute.  It is great mixed with pudding mix for sweet or ranch seasoning or dill and crushed garlic for savory.  It is great mixed in a smoothie.

Costco has a good store brand as well that is 2-1 quart containser for 4.99 so it is a great deal.
Loving chobani's new blood orange and apple cinnamon.
