best yogurt ????? or fav ?????

whats your fav. yog ????? and how are the counts ?

I only go with unflavored Greek yogurt.   Much more protein and much less carbs than 'regular' yogurt.

     

Heaviest weight:  310 pounds  (Male, 5'10")

Just wondering- doesnt greek yogurt have alot of sugar?

Edit: Nevermind :D I looked them up and they only have like 8grams. I was thinking 20 or so.

No worries.

I think 4 ounces of Fage 0% Greek yogurt has like 4-5 grams carbs.  (A lot of companies list a serving as six ounces).

 Plain greek with stevia and cinnamon- 5 carbs
With tsp of sugar free jam and stevia- 8 carbs

Thats for 1/2 cup
