LNS: 2 turkey meatballs

B: leftover breakfast casserole w/ veggies, cheese, egg, bacon pieces, and ham
S: 1 tsp of almond butter with 2 reduced fat wheat thins
L: rest of subway sandwhich- 3 inch most of bread taken off
S: cheese stick with low sodium 97% fat free ham slice (1 ounce)
D: turkey meatballs with red peppers and onion

water: 40 ounces and counting
vitamins: done
exercise: 4 mile walk on treadmill

I'm tired too!

B: premier protein drink
S: greek yogurt
L: 1/2 c. refried beans with tablespoon grated cheese
S: ??
D: 2 ounces rotisserie chicken breast

Water: 40 ounces so far; goal of 64+
Vit: yes
Exercise: I doubt it. Too tired.

S: Hard Boiled Egg
L:  3 reduced fat sausages
S:  Protein Shake
D:  1/4 lasagna stuffed pepper
S:  Hard Boiled Egg

Water:  Goal 12 cups (struggling with getting all my liquids in)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Zumba on the Wii for 30-45 minutes

11/06: Lap Band.
 7/11: Slipped band/problems. In process of revision to sleeve. 
12/1/11: Surgery for the sleeve.

breakfast- one egg
snack- 1/2 oz gluegill fillets  gotta eat them or throw them away soon lol
lunch- 1/2 bowl chicken noodle soup
snack-2 large tablespons of cottage cheese
dinner- 1/2 small baked potatoe  2oz of crab leg
snack will be crab legs yummy  wish I could have eaten alot more of them, my fav meal of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm sad. LOL

didn't drink much water today

Wake-up: Coffee w/ 1/2 scoop Isopure Dutch Chocolate
B: 4oz cottage cheese, 6 blueberries
L: 2 1/4 oz swiss cheese
S: Atkins Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp bar
D: Pho -- made from store-bought broth, 2oz new york strip, appropriate veggies, no noodles.
S: Carbsmart Fudge Bar

I'm at 846calories, 77g Protein, 41g Carb

Water: 96oz
Vitamins: need to take
Exercise: off day
