I was given a nutrition plan by one of the regular members and it is awesome !!! I would like to see a couple more if possible. If there is a way either through PM or posting Or surgeon web sight. I would like to see what other surgeons recommend for diet in the first weeks/months after surgery. THANK YOU !!!!! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND !!!!

he has some pretty good info there. You dont need to be a kaiser member. He has all the vitamins listed, and the food stages and more. Hope this helps

I finally go the info. I used Google instead of Bing. The Bing program seems to send me all over the place. It doesn't go directly to anything, it is always a search through too much to find what you really want. I have Kaiser and didn't get this in my Options classes. It is great info. Thanks a lot.
