B: breakfast casserole w/ egg, spinach, bacon pieces, 1.5 slices of low sodium 97% fat free ham and 1/2 slice of light whole wheat toast

S: half of a small granny smith apple with almonds

L:  3 inch Subway club with cheese and half of the bread

D: homeade chili with cheddar cheese on top and 3 crushed baked tostitos

exercise- done plus extra
water- almost done
