Thank you. You are absolutely right. This forum has more shared experience then I could find anywhere else and I so very much appreciate it. I had oxygen for 6 - 7 days in the hospital but did not need to have it at home. Glad it was short for you - although I am sure it was scary and difficult to deal with.

Thanks again for your support and sharing - I appreciate it so much!

Thank you both for sharing so much info. I appreciate it!! Your both right, I have to out weigh the risk of being this heavy. I am only 29, but more and more I am feeling the effects of my weight.
Thanks you both and good luck to you.

I am on one right now. They found a microscopic leak at 4 weeks and I was in hospital 4 days. Dr said 2 weeks should heal it. I went for my barium X-ray today and will find out tomorrow if it worked. I haven't had a bite or drink in 2 weeks!
It has been an adventure for sure. I had anxiety attacks in the hospital about how I would do all of this, but after the first time of doing it myself it was no problem. I lost weight the first week but now i am gaining. my TPN has 1700 calories plus I have to run 2 antibiotics and my protonix thru my line once a day.
