I've had three things today... Decaf coffee vitamin water and....... TUNA!! yes! day thirty and I can eat fooooooood (I had a package with some light ranch took about 30 minutes to eat most of it)
B: Double-scoop protein powder in 8oz 1% milk - too thick, sipped slowly, lasted through AM snack time.
L: 2 oz chicken puree softened with 3T plain 0% Greek yogurt - ground mustard and paprika sprinkled on top
S: 1/2 of a Jell-O cup
D: 1/4c Egg beaters, baked in the oven, with 1 light Baby Bell cheese thing - black pepper.
S: 1/2 Vanilla pudding container mixed with 2T cookies-n-cream protein powder for flavor and to get my protein up to 80 for the day.
Totals per MFP (That label scanner is the greatest invention ever!): 482 calories, 30g carbs, 9g fat, 80g protein
Water: 40 oz currently, 24 oz to go

WOW!!!!!! I just got home from the gym....first time there in months ..and my reward is Ms Shell's return!!!...that means I have to keep going to gym!!!!!
