I don't have any suggestions for actual meds but I've been having a lot of headaches and I would just make sure I'm up on my water. I know even slight dehydration can cause headaches for me and they turn into migraines pretty quick. Fortunately I have specific meds for that. Sorry about your headache :(

Hot shower and/or coldpack? Sometimes I even rub a bit of Voltaren Emugel on my temples when it hurts (it contains diclofenac).
NSAIDS (Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, etc.) are OK for sleeve patients per my doc. We have the same anatomy as everyone else, just a smaller stomach. I always take mine with some yogurt or something to make sure the Ibu doesn't have direct contact with my "stomach" lining. Just as I would have before. Doesn't this make you want a *standard* protocol! Eeeeek!
The problem with NSAIDS has nothing to do with it "touching" your stomach lining. NSAIDS cause a systemic response which can lead to ulcers. It could sit suspended in your stomach and never even touch the lining and it would cause the same reaction.
That being said....I still think NSAIDS are likely safe in small amounts as needed.

If you are cleared for NSAIDS, try something like Excedrin. It is a combination of tylenol, aspirin, and caffeine. Those usually work for my headaches especially if it's from a lack of caffeine...ie, I forgot to have my coffee, etc.
The problem with taking Lortab or other narcotics with a migraine/headache is that they often cause 'rebound pain'....worsening the headache you originally took it for. I take Lortab for many, many things, but not for the worst of my headaches. I've learned from many experiences!
Hope you feel better.
