Scale isn't budging but...

So i lost weight the first few days after surgery, then completely stopped. That's ok, I get that stalls are rampant and I am 100% on plan. The cool thing this morning was that it was the first day back at work, thus the first day back in work clothes. I had cleaned out all of the sized clothes that I used before the holiday break and before sugery, and the were loose but appropriate. This morning, one size down fit the exact same way. I do not measure inches, but clearly I have lost several! Yea :)

Yay! Congrats!

I had to lose a ton of weight before I really started to see it in my clothes, but once those sizes started to drop, it was so much fun!

Congratulations on noticing the inches. This same thing happened to me all the time, I would lose a size followed by a large weight loss. I almost always lost more inches during weight "stalls" than when the weight was coming off of me. It's just the way it seems to work for most of us. Good job on not panicking and going with the process.

I know what you mean! I stalled for 3 days and now it's coming off 1/2 pound a day.
