I'm am going on 14 months post op and I have saggy skin, I have it in my arms, my butt is gone and it seemed to have dropped down I hate it the most I think, my tummy and inner thighs as  well so yes, u will have some saggy skin, your skin has stretched and you will get skinny and if you are older you have less elasticity and your skin wont bounce back that easy, I think if you work out it will help. I don't work out but I am thinking about going back to curves.

The thing I hate most is my nasty apron belly.  It is the main thing that keeps me from looking good in my clothes.  I went clothes shopping today and came away with nothing because of the disgusting thing.  :(  I know it's not going to get any better.

I forgot to mention my chin and neck.  I don't have a chin that 'hangs', but it is shriveled up like a prune.  It looks horrible.  When I shopped today, I tried to stay away from the turtle necks, and all that did was depress me.  It was soooo horrible looking that I'm already dreading spring & summer.  I still look better than I did nearly 80 lbs ago, but it's still upsetting.

Being flappy and saggy is still a gazillion times better than being "Fluffy". I'll probably never have PS done, but I guess that's what Spanx and body shapers are for.

I have the saggy skin.  I hate when my arm**** my side..yuck !!  My inner thighs are pretty bad already.  I don't know what they will look like by the time I get to goal.

I'm lucky that my sister works for a plastic surgeon in Charlotte.  So I'm going to get PS and a vacation...Woo Hoo  At least I will have her to nurse me in my recovery..LOL

I most likely will be BL and TT first and then do inner thighs and arms....A total of 3 surgeries...

As far as the money...I got a great idea to rent out a room in my house...All of that money is going into my PS fund !!!  :)

Don't let the loose skin scare you...This surgery is the best thing I ever did for myself.  I can deal with ever thing else later...

Best of Luck to you....See you on the loser's bench....

I am 51 and so I know that there is no snap left in my skin.  On Friday, 1/6, I am having a tummy tuck and brachioplasty.  I don't think that there will be much weight reduction as it is pretty flappy skin.  Got to go!!  I am really excited.  I had to take out a credit union loan for the plastics, just like I did for the sleeve but I figure that I am my own best investment.  Being a healthy weight is the most fun thing I have ever done.  Join us sleevers.  You will never regret it!

I know I'm going to have ugly excess skin on my belly, for sure.  My inner thighs are going to have some sagging, I think, but I'm hoping as I lose my excess fat, the skin will be less noticeable.  My boobs are sort of okay -- not a lot smaller, but at 43, they're not great either.  My arms have a degree of batwings, but again, tolerable, I think.  My back and butt are a-okay.

I'm going to have a tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation for sure, and possibly a thigh lift, although I've heard they're hard to recover from, so that's iffy.  We'll see when I get there.

I am starting to plan and scheme for the cash to get me to Monterrey MX to Dr. Sauceda -- I'm impressed with his reviews on OH and I think that's where I'm headed.  I am trusting in the universe and my financial creativity to provide the funds for this.  It will happen sometime in 2013, I think.  Once I'm done losing, I know that I deserve to not feel bad about my pieces and parts anymore and plastics will be the way that I put all this behind me.

Even if I could never have plastic surgery, I'm still loving my body so much more throughout this process.  At yoga class this weekend, I glanced in the mirror and thought, "damn, I look strong."  That's a good feeling, even if I do have excess skin.

After losing 140lbs, the average weight of another woman, I have extra skin, but it's not terrible. It's wrinkly, and but it's not extreme. In my mind, it's way better than looking like a can of Grand's biscuits about to pop ! ! !  I just had a baby 9 weeks ago, and my skin is all stretched back out again after it had rebounded really well since I was in maintenance for over a year before the pregnancy weight creeped in. I gained a whopping 35lbs in the pregnancy, and I was all belly. My skin is definitely stretched again, and it's going to take time again for the skin to rebound.

My thighs are flabby, and my upper arms could use better toning. Admittedly, I didn't work out regularly. My butt is droopy, I have a tattoo in the small ofmy back that my husband calls my "ass frown". It used to be a straight line, now it  looks like a little frown across my back. Again, a lot of my "skin" issues would be better if I toned and worked out more. BUT, there's others who worked out from the beginning and they have more skin issues than I have. It's kind of the luck of the draw on what you'll be left with after losing a lot of weight.

I wouldn't trade in my flabbiness/wrinkly excess skin for my previous back fat if someone paid me!
