Exercise and dizzy/fatigue
Yeah, I'm leaning towards it being a food issue too. I think being on such a reduced calorie diet and then going nuts for a few days at the holidays and then back to the reduced calories is just making it harder. It was starting to happen before though. Perhaps there's only so long my body can deal with it before it calls Uncle.
I'm going to try to eat an hour before and then right after and see if tha thelps. I have protein bars so maybe I'll do half of one after and see...
I have major love for those tuna pouches! I like the zesty lemon one - makes two meals for me :)

Yeah, Quest has more carbs than I usually allow myself, but I just looked and there's no soy - not even the letchin that so many of the whey ones have. I might have to see if GNC carries them so I can try them. Hmmm....

Just going to throw something else out there! I used the following response earlier today.
This can be a number of things including dehydration, low blood pressure or low blood sugars.
I am one of the "lucky" ones who is now hypoglycemic. I dont read about it often on here but I do know it happens. It took several months before I was finally diagnosed but now that I know it is much easier to control.
If you have a diabetes monitor, check your sugar levels when you feel dizzy. Mine crash very quickly during exercise. In fact I get to the point of nearly passing out.
I have learned I cannot skip meals. I must have nourishment within an hour of waking up and I must eat something ever 2-3 hours during the day. I have to plan my exercise around eating.
Not saying this is your issue but I just wanted to throw it out there. Please get this checked out as it can be very serious (possibly life threatening!!).
Good Luck!!
